Designing and executing jewelry is art, engineering, and science. Many designs are left on the drawing board or prototypes on the work bench. With thousands of contenders, covering every niche from classic stud earrings to exotic cocktail rings, it's hard to find common ground when you simply look at gemstones and precious metal. So we don't. Instead, we evaluate each design before we offer it to our customers against three criteria:
SUPERIORITY Engineering excellence, design advancement, utilization of resources, and the "wow" factor are the key components of this criterion. Jewelry concept and execution, selection and use of materials, packaging, and dynamics are considered.
SIGNIFICANCE How well does the jewelry present in the way it is intended? It is not just the specifications. It is how it will impact the person wearing it, influence perceptions, and accessorize.
VALUE Each piece of jewelry is compared with its rivals. While a lower price might seem to have an advantage of one item over another, it may not be as good a value as a more expensive item that offers more a striking appearance, greater versatility, and better functionality.
