Hi Chris, Hi, I just want to say THANK YOU to all of you there in all departments. Not only do you have exquisite products, but your customer service is extraordinary. I've never dealt with a company who ships as consistently fast as you do and is always pleasant and very helpful. Howdy! I just wanted to send an email to someone at DNL to express how incredibly happy I, and my now FIANCE, are with the Champagne And Whispers ring that I purchased from yall a few weeks ago. It arrived quicker than I originally expected and I was on bended knee, proposing a few short hours afterward. My fiancé absolutely LOVES the ring. The day after receiving it, we happened to walk into a store in The Galleria in Houston and it looked far superior than a $35k diamond that they had in one of their display cases. And just the other day, a local jewelry store salesperson mistook it for a "Hearts on Fire" diamond that is sold in their particular store.

Too many times I've contacted customer service for a company and was told different things by different people, or contradicting information. I just received my resized and cleaned rings yesterday and I am so glad to be wearing them again. In addition to the cleaning and resizing, one of the baguettes had become a little loose and this was fixed free of charge! Thank you so much for making this so easy and painless! WOW! We want to say thank you so much for the amazing customer service. My fiance ordered the Venice, with the largest center stone, for my engagement ring. We picked it out while he was home on leave from his deployment, we didn't think there would be any way he could put it on my finger before he had to go back, but a short phone call to the wonderful customer service representatives and they had it rushed and overnighted. The ring is exquisitely breath-taking and the quality is second to none. We wouldn't have been able to share that romantic moment when he slipped the ring onto my finger if it wasn't for DNL, Thank you SO much! I just wanted to let you know I am truly .Elated.. Everyday I look at my rings and say Wow, there mine. I will be purchasing another band like the one that I have with this ring, Traditional Sparkle....I think it would look perfect with that center ring stone surrounded with the bands. Also, getting another band will make it all fit tight on my finger, and I won.t need to have them soldered. Or do you think that it.s too much wear on my rings to not solder them together? It.ll be a couple weeks that I.ll be ordering the other band, do I need to send in these rings so as to match the band with the rings I have now?
I also want to tell you thank you so much for your help with my dilemma from the start. I don.t think I could have convinced Randy to buy me something that isn.t real, but is as high quality of the real thing, but better!! I do mean better too. cuts. I have a Round Brilliant solitaire ring that stuns everyone, every
time. I have Princess cut (square) earrings that are very elegant. My
heart solitaire pendant is often the focus of much comment, and now my
Telestar contains an Emerald cut and 2 triangle cuts. I have been working
