A "member" indicates an individual who is registered for the Essential Jewelry Wardrobe club. Participation in the club and eligibility for its benefits begins at the date and time of the member's completed registration and ends 3 years from that registration date.

A "completed wardrobe" consists of at least one designated Essential Jewelry Wardrobe item from each of the seven Essential Jewelry Wardrobe categories. The inclusion of an item in the Essential Jewelry Wardrobe is indicated on the website by a hummingbird icon on the item's product page. The icon will be present in the first line in the product description and details box. Members should always check for this icon to ensure that an item is included in the Essential Jewelry Wardrobe Collection before purchasing, as not all items within a general jewelry grouping are included in the Collection. (Example: neither heart cut stud earrings nor Glacial Ice stud earrings are included in the Collection, as they are considered specialty pieces rather than essentials.)

- Essential #1 stud earrings must be a minimum of 0.80 carats EACH (1.60 total carat weight) to be counted toward a completed wardrobe.

- Essential #3 pendants must be at least 1.0 carat total weight to be counted toward a completed wardrobe.

- Purchases of chains to accompany Essential #3 pendants do not count toward a completed wardrobe.

- Items that are included in more than one category, (i.e., the "Lady of Kensington," which is available in both Essential #6 and Essential #7,) may only be counted once toward a completed wardrobe. The purchasing member may choose which essential category he/she would like the item to be counted toward.

- Members are free to count purchases of gifts for others toward their own completed wardrobes. Individuals purchasing gifts for registered members who wish for their gifts to be applied towards the completion of the members. wardrobes should contact customer service with their request. - A registered member's first minimum purchase of $399 on any item from the Essential Jewelry Wardrobe entitles that member to receive a single strand pearl necklace, supplied by Diamond Nexus Labs at no additional charge. This necklace is not covered by any Diamond Nexus Labs warranties, and is not available to be exchanged for any other product or service. There is a limit of one pearl strand per member.

- When a member completes his/her wardrobe, that member is entitled to receive a $1,000 gift certificate to Diamond Nexus Labs, which can be used on any Diamond Nexus Labs product or combination of products with the exception of PPD items or custom pieces.
