Exchanges Within 30 Days

To Initiate an Exchange:

• To initiate an exchange, simply fill out the appropriate section of the DNL Jewelry Action Form (you can print out a copy below) and include it along with your jewelry which has been placed in a securely wrapped package. Being as specific as you can on the form will allow us to serve you in the quickest manner possible. DNL Jewelry Action Form
• If making an exchange for merchandise that costs less than the original purchase, we will credit your credit card account the difference, or credit the original purchase in full, and re-bill for the new item(s).
• If making an exchange for merchandise that costs more than your original purchase, we will contact you to arrange for payment.

Please Note on Exchanges:

While we understand it may be difficult to choose the perfect piece of Diamond Nexus Labs jewelry, we can only allow four exchanges emanating from each original receipt. Diamond Nexus Trade-up Policy

Policy:

We know that you will enjoy your new Diamond Nexus jewelry. However, lifestyle changes may mean that sometime down the road you would like to trade in your purchase for a more elaborate piece. At that time, we will be happy to assist you in picking out something that better suits your current lifestyle.

How Does It Work:

The trade up purchase must exceed the amount of the original purchase by 50%. Sometimes the best way to understand a policy is via example: let's say you bought an item for $1100 on September 1, 2009. You seek to utilize your option to trade-up that item on March 15, 2010. You will receive a full $1100 credit toward a new purchase, but that total jewelry purchase must be 50% greater than your original purchase. In this case, at least $1650.

Terms:

• Jewelry must be in original, undamaged condition. Your original receipt must accompany any trade-up. Sales tax is nonrefundable and cannot be applied toward trade-up.
• Jewelry items that have been granted a trade-up cannot be later returned for a refund. However, they can be exchanged within 30 days. Please note our exchange policy (this page) for further information.
• The jewelry you purchase in trade-up must be full price merchandise. You cannot utilize your trade-up option against merchandise that is on sale.
