2. If you have purchased loose stones and are having them set by someone other than Diamond Nexus Labs, please tell your jeweler that the stones should be set as though they are rubies. The gemstones will not take direct heat. That said, we recommend having Diamond Nexus Labs set your stones in order to keep your warranty intact.
3. While we understand it may be difficult to choose the perfect piece of Diamond Nexus Labs jewelry, we can only allow four exchanges of any item of the same nature (the fourth would be non-returnable).
