Delivery times shown are conservative estimates reflecting the time period from the day an order is placed until it physically arrives at your home. For your protection a signature is required upon delivery. After a second delivery attempt, UPS will leave a card notifying you of delivery attempts with instructions for how you can proceed to pick up your package. UPS Overnight Saturday Delivery is available for an additional $35.

P.O. boxes

Diamond Nexus Labs uses UPS as its primary carrier. UPS does not deliver to PO Box addresses including APO/FPO (military) addresses. Shipments to military addresses will be shipped via USPS. Please provide an accurate street address to make sure you get your order as quickly as possible.

Tacking numbers

Whenever possible, tracking numbers are provided by E-mail when your order is shipped so that you can check on the progress of your package in transit.

Remote area shipping

Please note that UPS does not guarantee overnight shipping to all Canadian destinations. If you live in a remote region or in other select areas, or in case of bad weather, your overnight delivery may be delayed. Please visit www.ups.com for more details.

Duties, Customs Fees, Taxes

Customers outside the United States are responsible for duties, taxes, customs fees, and any other charges or fees that may be incurred by importing products into the country of destination. Diamond Nexus Labs recommends that you inquire in advance of ordering at your local customs office to determine if there is any additional cost and, if so, what it would be.

If an international shipment is refused at any point during the customs process, once the parcel has been returned to Diamond Nexus Labs, the customer will receive a credit for the amount of the item(s), less any and all duties and taxes imposed, as well as the shipping costs paid to retrieve the item.

Special delivery consideration

Certified Signature Series Gemstones ordered with a custom personalized laser inscription require 14 to 21 business days for delivery.
